September 4, 2007 – Asheville, NC

Infinity Learning Solutions, a North Carolina based software company announces the summer 2007 release of DigitalChalk.com.

This is the second major release of DigitalChalk.com, which debuted in June. With this release DigitalChalk is releasing a new Flash™ media conversion and delivery system. Video and audio uploaded into the online authoring studio is automatically converted into flash video and mp3 respectively.

According to Troy Tolle, CTO at Infinity Learning Solutions, this new media delivery system will provide a higher quality media experience that can be consumed by 99% of all modern Internet browsers. Also included in this capability is dynamic student activity tracking which records the students progress as they view online videos or audio based lessons.

“The summer release is a big leap forward. By moving to flash our students get a better experience and we significantly expand access to the content. By adding the dynamic media conversion, instructors can record content in whatever native format that fits their individual needs and we take care of making it web streaming ready,” explained Tolle.

In addition to the flash media capabilities, DigitalChalk summer 2007 also includes a new e-commerce delivery model for delivering fee-based training.

The DigitalChalk summer 07 release is available on DigitalChalk.com today.
